Hosts may list vehicles or tour packages on the Platform at their reasonable price. Hosts are responsible for providing accurate and detailed information about their listings, including vehicle specifications or tour details. Hosts must ensure that the information provided is truthful, up-to-date, and reflects the actual condition and offerings.
Hosts are responsible for setting clear terms, rules, and policies for their listings. This includes specifying pickup and return locations, availability dates and times, mileage limits, driver’s license code or restriction requirements, fuel policies, and any other specific requirements or conditions. Hosts must communicate these terms and policies clearly to users.
Hosts must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, or certifications required for offering their vehicles or tour services. Hosts should also adhere to local, regional, and national regulations regarding vehicle safety, insurance, and licensing.
Hosts are responsible for maintaining the safety and cleanliness of their vehicles. Regular maintenance, inspections, and necessary repairs should be performed to ensure that the vehicle is in good working condition. Hosts should also provide safety equipment as required by law.
Hosts have the freedom to set their own prices for vehicle rentals or tour packages. The Company does not interfere with pricing decisions. Payment processing may be facilitated through the Platform, and the Company may deduct a service fee or commission from the host’s earnings.
Users may create an account and choose services that suit their needs. Renters must upload a valid driver’s license for self-drive rentals and any other valid ID for rentals with a driver or tour packages.
Users agree that any agreement, transaction, or interaction with a host is solely between the user and the host. The Company serves as a platform to connect users and hosts and does not assume any liabilities or responsibilities arising from such agreements or interactions.
Users must comply with the verification process and provide accurate and valid identification documents as required. Failure to do so may result in the inability to access certain services on the Platform.
The Company does not assume any liability for the actions, omissions, or conduct of users or hosts on the Platform. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any listings, services, or content provided by hosts.
The Platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. The Company does not endorse or control these third-party services and is not responsible for their content or actions.
The Company does not provide insurance coverage for vehicle rentals or tour packages. It is the responsibility of the host and the user to ensure that they have appropriate insurance coverage for their activities.
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Users are encouraged to review the Agreement periodically.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Philippines.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Platform and its content, including logos, trademarks, and copyrighted materials, are the property of the Company. Users are prohibited from using, copying, or distributing any of these materials that will generate income without prior written consent.
Wheelz Connect has a feedback system that allows users to leave reviews and ratings for hosts and vice versa. These reviews and ratings help maintain the quality and trustworthiness of the platform. Users and Hosts are encouraged to provide honest and accurate feedback based on their experiences.
Users and hosts are responsible for adhering to the cancellation policy stated in the listing. The cancellation policy may vary depending on the host’s preferences. Users should review the cancellation policy before making a reservation or booking. The company will grant the cancellation or refund in favor of the rules set by the host on his listings.
Wheelz Connect is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that occur during the use of the platform or any services provided by hosts or users. Users and hosts agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims or liabilities arising out of their use of the platform.
Wheelz Connect reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account for any violation of the Terms and Conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary by the company. Users will be notified of any account suspension or termination.
The Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Wheelz Connect is headquartered. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Wheelz Connect retains all intellectual property rights related to the platform, including but not limited to the website, mobile applications, logos, trademarks, and content. Users are prohibited from using, copying, or distributing any intellectual property belonging to Wheelz Connect without prior written consent.
Wheelz Connect collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The company takes appropriate measures to protect user data and only uses it for the purposes stated in the Privacy Policy.
Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent activities, illegal transactions, harassment, or any activity that could harm the reputation of Wheelz Connect.
In the event of a dispute, users agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal mediation. If the matter cannot be resolved through mediation, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the final resolution method.
Wheelz Connect reserves the right to modify or update the Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform after the modifications indicates acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

Hosts are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles are in good working condition, properly maintained, and meet all legal requirements for roadworthiness.
Hosts must have valid and adequate insurance coverage for their vehicles. This includes third-party liability insurance and any other coverage required by local laws.
Hosts must provide accurate and detailed information about their vehicles in their listings, including availability, pricing, and any additional terms or conditions.
Wheelz Connect provides a feedback system for users to leave reviews and ratings for each other. Users are encouraged to provide honest and constructive feedback to help maintain the quality and trustworthiness of the platform.
Users are prohibited from posting any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or violates any third-party rights. Wheelz Connect reserves the right to remove or edit any content that violates these guidelines.
Wheelz Connect is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities incurred by users while using the platform. Users acknowledge and accept that they use the platform at their own risk and agree to release Wheelz Connect from any claims or disputes arising from their use of the platform.
