    1. Communication: Maintain clear and prompt communication with the host throughout the rental process. This includes requesting the rental, confirming details, and addressing any questions or concerns. Be respectful and responsive to ensure a smooth and efficient rental experience.

    2. Booking Confirmation: Once you have found a suitable vehicle, make sure to confirm the booking with the host. Follow their instructions for booking and payment, and ensure that you receive a confirmation of the reservation. Double-check the dates, times, and location details to avoid any confusion.

    3. Vehicle Inspection: Upon receiving the vehicle, thoroughly inspect it for any existing damages or issues. Take note of any scratches, dents, or other damages and inform the host immediately. It is important to document the vehicle’s condition to avoid any disputes regarding responsibility for damages.

    4. Adherence to Rental Terms: Respect and adhere to the rental terms and conditions set by the host. This includes following any mileage limits, fuel requirements, and return policies. Driver’s license restrictions should be taken into account before booking a vehicle, Host has the right to cancel the booking at any time if it does not meet the requirements. Familiarize yourself with the rental agreement to ensure a smooth and compliant rental experience.
